David Keasey Chief Executive Officer
David joined Catbird in 2013 bringing nearly 25 years of information technology and consulting experience to Catbird's management team. His leadership and vision guide Catbird’s team, product development, and business growth. Most recently, he served as executive vice president of sales and business development for the company. Prior to Catbird, David was SVP and GM of Verizon Terremark's information security business unit and global consulting services for cloud and security, a $400M business that includes the largest managed security services business in the industry. Prior to that, David led the cloud and security sales teams for the $1B Verizon Global Services business unit following Verizon's acquisition of CyberTrust. He has also held sales leadership and consulting roles at CyberTrust, Data Return, Digex and Ernst & Young. He holds an MBA in finance and marketing from Loyola Marymount University and a BA in Business from Michigan State University.
Holland Barry Chief Technology Officer
Holland joined Catbird in 2013 with over 20 years of experience in solution architecture and IT. An expert in networking, security, virtualization and cloud architecture, he leads Catbird's team of solution architects and works closely with engineering to implement customer-centric product enhancements. Holland also leads the company’s product marketing team. Previously, he was a converged infrastructure technologist within Dell’s Enterprise Solutions Organization and the IT Director of Westek Electronics.
Chris Tamblyn Senior VP, Business Development and Products
Chris joined Catbird in 2013 bringing more than 20 years of experience in information technology and successful startup management. With a background that includes engineering, product management, and sales leadership roles, Chris leads Catbird’s business development and products teams. Previously, he led sales organizations at Level 3, NaviSite, and Matrix42. Chris began his career at Bechtel, GTE, and Genuity, where he was a founder. He holds a BS in Business Administration from UC Berkeley.
Randal Asay Senior VP, Engineering, Development and Operations
Randal joined Catbird in 2013 with over 15 years of experience in network security, architecture, implementation, and security best practices in commercial and government environments. He leads the technology strategy for the company, working closely with the business development, sales, and engineering teams. Prior to Catbird, Randal served as Director of Engineering at Walmart Stores Inc., developing industry-leading code analysis practices to support security and compliance initiatives as well as addressing enhancements to perimeter and network security and overall policy enforcement. He led the E-commerce Infrastructure teams through extensive growth, delivering capacity management and technology refresh methods impacting network design, storage capacity and database tuning. Prior to Walmart, he applied his security expertise to the Information Assurance division of the United States Air Force. Randal holds Masters degrees in Information Technology Management and Business Administration from Webster University as well as a Bachelor of Science degree from Weber State University.
Bill Rohrs VP, Global Sales
Bill joined Catbird in 2010 as an accomplished senior executive and a veteran of several successful VC-funded technology startups. With diverse experience in account acquisition and management, strategic partnering, business development and capital acquisition, he leads Catbird’s sales strategy and global team. Most recently, Bill served as Catbird's VP of Federal Sales. Previously, he founded Pyramid Computer USA and served as a member of its Board of Directors. Bill also served as a consultant and Chairman of the Board of Advisors to the founding team at Gridapp, Inc. prior to its acquisition by BMC Software. He was the COO at AEP/Netilla networks, VP of Operations at Teleos Communications, and has held other leadership roles with aerospace, electronic components, telecommunications, and commercial satellite firms. Bill holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Ohio University.
